Development Programs for Professional Students

Our Education Division’s focus is to bridge the gap between academia and the industry, contribute towards continuous development of the student community. We do this by developing and delivering innovative programs providing knowledge and skill sets which are essential in today’s competitive working environment, aimed at cultivating excellence and empowered minds.

Through our programs, we aim to elevate the skill levels of our aspiring students and job seekers thereby increasing their employability. Our courses are short-term and take place all year round. We also offer partnerships to corporate offices looking for campus/ lateral candidates with specific skill sets.

Our flagship Umbrella Program “What it takes to Succeed”  launched in 2001 is the answer to industry’s need for professionals who can hit the ground running. The program establishes synergy between course pedagogy and live business environment thereby equipping students with knowledge and skills to manage business situations. It is aimed at developing a class of business management professionals who are empowered, “in charge” and know what is needed to succeed in life.

“What it takes to Succeed” program provides direction to individuals at the grass root level, by focusing on personal aspirations and goals, and providing the requisite tools that ensure consistent progress on their developmental plans.

It encompasses workshops on professional development covering self-management, team-spirit, corporate competencies and strategy. The students are provided with a real-time industry engagement experience through program facilitators with illustrious backgrounds who hail from the industry.
