In her last assignment, as Head HR of subsidiary of a US $20 Bn MNC, she lead the HR Strategy, Business Partnership and Operations for EMC India & SAARC Sales & Global Services organization. Besides contributing to the strategic direction and formulation of processes, systems and initiatives, she consulted in both business and functional decisions involving the efficient use of the company’s resources.


In her career span of 24 years, she has conducted multiple development programs, workshops and coaching sessions for senior leadership and executives, senior managers, staff including blue-collar workmen, students at various corporate, industrial associations, colleges’ management institutions and universities such as such as Amity Business School Noida & Manesar, School of Management Sciences Varanasi, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Asia Pacific Institute of Management, Tula’s Institute Dehradun etc to name a few.
